IHG spricht kein Urteil in Marshallklage

This morning, the International Court of Justice declared that it does not have jurisdiction in the Marshall Islands' nuclear disarmament cases against India, Pakistan and the United Kingdom. NAPF has issued a press release about the judgments. The Marshall Islands showed remarkable courage and foresight in bringing these cases to the ICJ. While the ICJ effort will not go forward, the Marshall Islands does still have a nuclear disarmament case pending against the United States in U.S. Federal Court.
